Details

People respond to pandemic danger according to their character styles. This event addresses the variety of ways people respond to this amorphous danger and exchange ideas about techniques that provide relief.

 

Presenters:

Lynn Perlman, Ph.D., Cert.Psya.  Dean of Graduate Studies, BGSP, senior faculty, training, control and supervising analyst. .

Shirin Sajadi, M.A. is a doctoral candidate at BGSP.  She has a private practice in Brookline.

Continuing Education Objectives: 

Participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss physical and emotional stress reactions.
  2. Delineate the stages of grief as they relate to a pandemic.
  3. Compare and contrast techniques to reduce stress.
